**As Hotel Administrator your general duties will include but are not limited to**:
Answering the phones

Responding to guest reviews

Inbox management

Keeping an eye on marketing pages for our hotels

Assisting Front to House any admin duties

Chasing up daily reports & tracking progress

General ad -hoc administration duties

**Expected qualities**:
What are we looking for?

At least 2 years administration experience

Experience within the hotel industry (not essential but useful)

Able to work under pressure

Can-do, self-motivated, positive attitude

Excellent administrative and computer skilled including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

High attention to detail

Quick thinking, uses own initiative
