**About the Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a full time office based Learning Support Administrator. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the right information, advice and guidance is provided to support the learner’s needs across all programs within _YMCAfit_

**About You**:

- Previous experience of working in a costumer focused environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide an outstanding level of customer service
- Intrest in adult education with the ability to listen and have empathy and understanding of the barriers learners face
- Ability to follow procedures timely and accurately
- Excellent attention to details and able to work on deadlines
- Excellent computing skills, including Microsoft Office package
- Good interpersonal skills including ability to deal with a wide range of people in person and over the phone
- Ability to use own iniciative to problem solve

This will be a varied and exciting role in a fast paced environment where no one day will be the same. This is a real opportunity to take ownership and make the role your own as well as gain an insight into education in the Fitness industry with a leading provider.
