Our client based in Uckfield is looking for a HR & Payroll Administrator to join them on a Permanent basis.
To be considered for this role you will need strong Administration skills along with some exposure in HR. You will need to have strong coordination skills, be an excellent communicator and be able to pick up new processes quickly.
This is a busy and varied role that will see you managing the day to day processing of general HR administration and Payroll. Experience with Sage would be a distinct advantage but not essential. Our client will provide training for the right person.
Day to Day duties could include:
- Management of all personnel records
- Employment contracts
- Recruitment processes - advertising, interviews, and new starters
- Management and guidance of volunteer staff
- Guidance to management re personnel
- Ensuring compliance for regulatory and safety standards
- Management of company payroll including sickness and annual leave
- Management of company pension and group life assurance portfolio
Due to the location of this organisation, your own transport is required.
