**Role**:Recruitment Coordinator (Permanent, Full Time)

**Reports to**:HR Manager (UK & Europe)

**Location**:Hessle, Hull
**Work Day**:Office based, Monday - Friday

**Salary**:Competitive and negotiable, depending on experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Developing, owning and delivering the contractor resourcing strategy, across all segments to meet the forecast business demand for the wind energy division within GEV Group, covering its UK region wind turbine maintenance business
- Responsible for the management of the manning projects, ensuring all employed/3rd party contractors are mobilised in a timely manner and that the talent pool is utilised effectively
- Manage the resourcing outcomes, drive continuous improvement and innovation in the function and partnering with others, support the project delivery milestones from a contractor resourcing perspective
- Required to observe Group policies covering quality, health, safety and environmental (QHSE) aspects taking a proactive approach to these areas and helping the Group to achieve its key performance indicators and goals across QHSE topics

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Previous experience leading a temporary staffing function or staffing agency office
- Experience of working with operational departments to understand demands and resources available
- Experience of workforce planning and allocating the right resource at the right time
- A good understanding of diverse attraction methods which could be utilised in different geographical locations to attract the right applicants
- Track record of resource planning and implementing recruitment strategies and campaigns in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Self-starter, flexible and adaptable to constant change with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results driven, high-demand environments
- A good all round communicator, strong influencing and negotiation skills with ability to take ownership of the offer process
- A good level of resilience, we are dealing with people and sometimes not everything goes to plan, you’ll always have a Plan B
