**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Engage with guests, providing recommendations and answering queries about the menu and specials.
- Assist in food preparation when required, supporting the kitchen team during busy periods.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate records of sales.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure smooth operations within the restaurant environment.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques would be advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for hospitality and providing excellent guest services is essential for success in this role.

Pay: £11.44-£12.50 per hour
