Use the HR System to record training and skills qualifications earned by staff. - Key Responsibilities:_ - Work with the Training Officer to assist with promoting, delivering and facilitating training, induction, and personal development programmes across the business - Co-ordinate on-going training and "floor walking" exercises when new products are rolled out - Work with Vendor Business Managers to maintain certifications and skills records in line with our accreditations - Maintain training information and courses in the Bytes HR system - Manage mandatory Company compliance training - Work with training providers to supply training and skills courses to Bytes staff on a one off or regular basis - Individual Responsibilities:_ - Ensure Training Programmes for our in-house systems are maintained in the Bytes HR system - Co-ordinate on-going training and following up to discover further training requirements - Assist the Training Officer to find new content & courses that could be made available to the business - Promote awareness of new features, benefits and changes to processing in existing systems - Co-ordinate drop-in sessions, floor walking and offering one to one training where required - Send out joining instructions, track attendance & monitor feedback - Find and liaise with suppliers for course availability - Create reports and dashboards for the Training Officer and Managers detailing staff training - Resource trainer contractors (where required) - Ensure the Intranet and central document repositories have up to date Training documentation and course material available - Report and follow up outstanding and overdue training ABOUT YOU: Essential Qualifications & Experience: - Excellent written and verbal language skills - English Grammar & Language, Maths and a Social Science qualification - At least 1 year of experience in administering training courses Desired Qualifications & Experience: - CIPD or similar Training Qualification - Expert knowledge in Word, Excel, and Outlook Core competencies & Skills: - Good IT Essentials Skills and Knowledge - Previous experience in sourcing Training courses and trainers - Ability to engage with others and take on suggestions and ideas to develop - Organised and efficient **Benefits**: - 25 days holiday per year plus Christmas, New Year & Bank Holidays - Health Insurance - Free healthy snacks and fairtrade coffee - New fully refurbished office - On-site gym - Subsidised office massages - Christmas/Summer parties - Hybrid working model (dependent on role) - Hot-desk working model - Paid volunteering days - Friday free drinks at onsite bar
