We operate a subscription service giving access to our growing library of 80+ playful, quirky, and dare we say, enjoyable() e-learning courses. Our courses are built in either Captivate or HTML.
**Benefits Flick can offer to the successful Client Services Administrator**:
- Salary of £21,500 to £22,000 per annum,

As a **Client Services Administrator, **you** **will help manage the customer journey from enquiry through to invoice, providing high quality support.
**Key responsibilities of the Client Services Administrator**:
- Responding to post-sales queries and supporting customers to continue to use our system,
- Maintaining customer records within the CRM system,
- Coordinating account set-ups on our learning management system,
- Providing technical assistance where required,
- Management of accounts post sale,
- Managing our live chat function after-hours, on a rotational basis.
**Skills, attributes, and experience of the ideal Client Services Administrator**:
- Excellent customer service skills, and preferably some experience in a customer-facing environment,
- Strong communication skills - verbally and written,
- Good telephone manner,
- Highly IT proficient, particularly in Microsoft Office,
- Preferably some experience using a CRM system,
- A positive, can-do attitude and approach to work,
- Familiarity with e-learning would be desirable.
