This role of Marketing Manager is mainly focused on driving new and existing customer leads, whilst raising our profile in a busy market and ensuring that our customers are aware of any changes in legislation or best practice in order for them to stay compliantand grow too.

Talk Staff is a People Consultancy Group that works with employers across the UK to help them recruit, develop and retain talent whilst achieving growth of their own. Our Recruitment Services, Payroll Outsourcing, HR Support, Development & Consulting Teamswork across our multiple brands and see us working with customers both at SME and International sizes.

As our new Marketing Manager you will already have:

- Proven experience of working within a lead generation focused marketing role
- A flair for design, understanding the look and feel of the brand and translating those into simply but effective social media campaigns
- An obsessive streak when it comes to reading and absorbing industry knowledge, already having a grip on what makes companies successful when it comes to their people functions
- Understands B2B and Professional Services Sector

Ideally, we're looking for someone that knows their CTR's from their CRO's and understands the psychology that's involved in generating new business through clear marketing and communications.

This is an important role as part of our growth and whilst you'll work independently as Talk Staff Group's Marketing Manager, we picture your role to involve:

- Creating lead focused landing pages alongside existing website development, ensuring that new and existing customers are able to quickly identify services that meet their short or longer term needs
- Leading marketing and communication plans, alongside an effective calendar and being reactive to market changes that help inform and support our growing client base
- Collaborating with our teams to ensure that performance is being monitored and identifying ways to support them in overcoming challenges to meet targets and quotas
- Raising the presence of Talk Staff Group brands through business award entries, PR requests and proactive research to improve our expertise
- Creating effective content across multiple channels with strong CTR's
- Managing, analysing and developing data to improve customer intelligence

**Salary & Working Details**

£30,000 - 40,000 per annum, dependent on experience and expertise

Hybrid Working, ideally based at the Belper Office and working from home/offices as needed
