This unique and inspirational brand is about to embark on an exciting 12 months of growth and diversity and are looking to add to their marketing team. They’re an ecommerce specialist in niche, sustainable clothing, so this is a real opportunity to workwith a truly fantastic brand.

**The role**:
You’ll work alongside the Social Media and Community Manager, assisting them with day to day social media management, scheduling and producing content and engaging in brand conversation and overseeing daily, weekly and monthly reporting. Additionally you’lllook after PPC advertising, including Google and Facebook advertising, creating and optimising adverts.

**What we’re looking for**:
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes fitness fashion and is keen to see their products make a difference to the planet in the way that they’re produced, therefore ethical marketing is going to be very high-up on your list of priorities. You’llbe keen to be a very hands-on 'number 2’ to the Digital Director, assisting them in the development of the strategy, but you must be happy to be heavily involved with implementation. In terms of background, fashion or any 'direct to consumer’ experience isreally important (a combination of both would be perfect) and you must have worked within the digital marketing landscape, although ecommerce is not an essential. You’ll be creative and perhaps have some Canva or Photoshop skills, and maybe you’ve been involvedwith photoshoots in a previous role.

This is a small team environment, but joining any company during a scale-up is incredibly exciting, as well as hard work Working on a hybrid basis, 3 days in the office the salary for the role is £35-38,000, plus 28 days holiday, generous pension schemeand even a clothing allowance Location is pretty rural, but stunningly beautiful so there is going to be some daily commuting involved.
