**Apprentice Planning Administrator**
We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Planning Administrator to join our Planning team. The role is ideal for a recent college leaver or someone with some work experience looking for their next step. The main purpose of the role is to support andassist the planning team and planning team leader in all office procedures relevant to the department and other tasks as designated by the Head of Planning.You will be mentored and coached to enable you in the future to schedule work for a nominated groupof engineers within an allocated area.
**The Role**:

- Department administration as required
- Arrange travel requirements i.e. flights/hotels/trains for our field based team
- Provide support in the raising and closing of reactive, pre-planned maintenance (PPM) and scheduled job requests
- Provide support with the booking and scheduling of PPM and reactive works
- Provide team support with in-bound and outbound calls
- Provide internal and external customer updates where requested

**Minimum Requirements to be considered for this role**:

- The ability to deal with customers in a professional and calm manner.
- Demonstrable IT/Administration skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
- Thrives from being a member of a successful, customer orientated team.
- Enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude,
- Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships
- Motivated
- Hands on approach
- Within easy commute to Golborne in Warrington
