**Quality Assurance Apprentice**
**Competencies Required:**:
- Knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook Teams).
- Excellent I.T. skills.
- Good communicator.
- Educated to GCSE level A-C in Maths and English or work towards as part of the apprenticeship.
**The following will be learned during this apprenticeship**:
- Skill such as Interpersonal skill, Communications, Quality, Planning & Organisation and Project Management.
- Knowledge such as the Organisation, Value of your skills, Relevant Regulations, Policies, Business Fundamentals and Processes.
- Behaviours such as Professionalism, Personal Qualities, Managing Performance, Adaptability and Responsibility
**Responsibilities**:
- Support with daily tasks for all security clearance requirements.
- Data entry and file management for training competencies.
- Production of departmental reports.
- Updating of profiles and details on software’s used by the department.
- Support with audit schedules.
- Report review and upload.
- Contributing to and working towards the business’s strategic growth objectives.
- Support with stores administration.
**Opportunities**:
- Development of office skills to a higher level.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced technical business environment.
- Level 3 Qualification in Business Administration.
- Progression within PHS Compliance or the wider group.
**Package**:
- 37.5 hour working week
- A starting salary of **£10,000 per annum**:
