Finance Assistant

**Finance Assistant required for a busy office in an expanding Facilities Management company.**
This role will be responsible for sales ledger and credit control, with additional support to purchase ledger, sales ledger experience is therefore necessary; reporting to the Finance Manager.
**Daily Responsibilities and Duties**
- Generating all business customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Posting customer receipts on a daily basis
- Credit control
- Action any issues, queries or complaints arising from customer invoices
- Processing of purchase ledger invoices
- Dealing with any issues, queries or complaints arising from purchase invoices
- Generating reports for management on a weekly basis
- General Finance duties as and when required
**Required**
- Previous experience of sales invoice processing is essential
- Comfortable in dealing with customers over the telephone
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work and communicate with people at all levels of the organisation both internal and external
- Ability to work under pressure in a challenging and changing environment
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Sage experience essential
- Advanced Microsoft excel skill
- Be AAT part qualified, or QBE
