**What you’ll do**
- Provide general club orientation to guests upon arrival, such as the location and use of locker rooms, gym and pool
- Welcome and acknowledge each guest and member with a smile, eye contact and a friendly welcome, using their name when possible
- Carry out regular Health & Safety checks, pool testing, sauna and steam room checks
- Process new members sign ups
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation, gym, locker rooms, poolside, sauna and steam room
- Dispose of rubbish and dirty linens in the correct area
- Clean and stock supplies and amenities in the locker rooms
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager, support with first aid if required
- Monitor the pool area and ensure users are safe and adhering to rules
- Anticipate and address guests’ service needs

**What we’re looking for**
- A warm, people-oriented demeanor
- A team-first attitude
- A gift for paying attention to the smallest details
- A pool plant, pool lifeguard and or first aid qualification are desirable, although we support your training to obtain these qualifications
- An interest in the fitness industry
