We are looking for a target-driven and competitive Promotions Assistant to join our team in Manchester.

At Twist Promotions we bring innovative Marketing and Promotion solutions to life. We assist local and international businesses alike to grow by taking out the hard work from their day to day, from Events, to Promotions and Brand Awareness.

Your mission will be to engage with and assist existing and potential customers. From analysing their current needs to delivering the right services Twist Promotions can offer them, you will use strong communication and presentation skills to match every issue raised with the right solution wherever applicable.

Key responsibilities:

- Assisting the events team with a varied brand awareness, ranging from popup events, to award ceremonies or corporate trade shows
- Accompanying the team and participating in both internal and external events
- Promoting events across all social media platforms
- Supporting the events manager with logístical and administrative support
- Maintaining records of all bookings e.g. venue, catering and taking payments
- Assisting with creative decisions
- Attending all meetings to act as a second point of contact
- Ad-hoc duties at events including promotional work, demonstrating products and explaining services on behalf of clients
- Helping set up and dismantle events efficiently through to completion
- Ensuring all branded items for events arrive on time and in a presentable condition

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
