**Promotions Assistant | Weekly Pay**

**Entry Level: No Promotional Experience Needed; Marketing & Promotional Training & Support Provided**

Kick start your new career with us by joining our Manchester team this month. In your new Entry Level Promotions Assistant role you’ll be:

- Learning basic promotional sales, customer service, and consumer relations skills
- Working with customers face-to-face at different retail establishments
- Engaging with local people about our clients’ products/services/reputation
- Responsible for representing our client and with integrity and enthusiasm
- Answering common questions and overcoming minor objections
- Closing, consolidating, and processing sales using a digital device
- Tracking sales conversations and providing useful feedback to clients

If you’re a fast learner with the ability to inspire and influence others, you’ll be able to advance into a Junior Management role relatively quickly. We promote people based on their results and capabilities, not based on seniority or office politics. From day one, you’ll be given an outline of what you’d need to do in order to advance.

We are looking for goal-oriented salespeople that share our values and want to take control of their sales career by working in a fast-paced environment where salespeople earn and progress based on their results and their ability to lead others over time.
