Tetra Consulting is a fast-growing property and safety risk consultancy. We are currently looking for an
Operations Administrator to join the team to assist with the daily operations of our Consulting division. If you are highly organised with strong communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
Skills Required
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- An excellent working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word and other Office programs
- The ability to work on your own as well as under direction
- Well organised with great attention to detail
- Be fluent in both verbal and written English
Key Responsibilities
Operations Administration
- Collating paperwork from the Asbestos Surveyors
- Sending new plans & amendments to CAD
- Entering sample results onto the operations database
- Requesting surveyor checks
- Assigning QA
- Generating reports and sending to clients - Asbestos, HSF & Water
- Updating client databases
- Updating the operations databases
- General admin tasks
Other Duties
- Administration support for senior management & BDM’s
- Answering telephone calls
- Assist with general office duties as and when required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
