**Hours**: 12 hour shifts (3on3off)

Based at our site in Poole, Dorset we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our savoury squad as Machine Operator's. If you've got a knack for fast-paced food production, a keen eye for detail, and a love for all things pastry, then you might just be the perfect filling for our team

As a Machine Operator, you will play a pivotal role in our fast-paced food production environment, ensuring the seamless operation of our Hot-Pie and Sausage production lines. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and hygiene while adhering to strict safety protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operating Machinery**: Safely and effectively operate production line machinery to produce high-quality sausage rolls and hot pies.

**Hazard Analysis**: Identify and assess potential hazards to ensure a safe working environment.

**Quality Checks**: Conduct regular quality checks to maintain our high standards and ensure our products are the best they can be.

**Paperwork**: Accurately complete all required paperwork, including production logs and quality control documents.

**Critical Control Points (CCPs)**: Understand and monitor CCPs to ensure food safety and compliance with industry regulations.

**Repetitive Tasks**: Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and consistency.

**Physical Labour**: Be prepared for labour-intensive work, including lifting items up to 25kg

**Key Requirements**:
Previous experience in a similar role within food production is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.

Be able to change over the machinery during product change-overs on the production lines

Record and check product samples correctly

Ability to lift up to 25kg and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Understanding of hazard analysis and critical control points (CCPs).

Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Basic paperwork and record-keeping skills.

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with us.

Be able to work a 12 hour, 3 on 3 off Shift pattern
