**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Educate children on the rules, techniques, and strategies of their respective sports.
- Develop and implement training programmes tailored to the needs of individual athletes and teams.
- Conduct regular training sessions, ensuring they are engaging, challenging, and enjoyable.
- Monitor athletes' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
- Foster a supportive team culture that encourages participation and personal growth.
- Organise and lead competitive events, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to promote overall athlete development.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, performance metrics, and athlete attendance.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of sports coaching principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate effectively.
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to achieve their best.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in planning training sessions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- A positive attitude towards challenges and a commitment to athlete welfare.

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
