Photographer & Videographer (Part-Time)

Location: Gillingham & Maidstone

Pay: £15–£20 per hour (depending on experience)

Soccer Elite FA (SEFA) is a high-performance football academy committed to developing talented young players through professional coaching, advanced training programmes, and a strong focus on technical skill, tactical understanding, and personal growth. Our mission is to support athletes on their journey into elite youth systems, college pathways, and potential professional careers.

We are now looking for a creative and driven Photographer & Videographer to join our team on a part-time basis.

Role Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos of training sessions, matches, and SEFA events

• Work closely with the team to produce engaging visual content for marketing, social media, and promotional materials

• Manage files, edit content, and ensure timely delivery

• Capture the fast-paced, energetic environment of youth football

What We're Looking For

• Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing software

• Creative vision and excellent attention to detail

• Experience with digital media tools and social media content creation

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects

• Sports photography/videography experience is a bonus

• Proficiency in colour grading and post-production workflows

• Flexible availability, including some weekends and evenings

• Must be able to travel to:

• Star Meadow Sports Complex, Gillingham

• Maplesden Noakes School, Maidstone

• Must drive and have access to a vehicle

• SEFA kit provided

• Must hold an enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one
