**The Team & Focus of the Role**

Our Agribusiness team is growing We’re looking for a Senior Agribusiness Consultant to come into the team and assist the team’s amazing growth strategy that is being implemented over the next few years.

This would suit an experienced individual who wants to be part of a dynamic, growing team and have a passion for assisting in the management farming businesses and providing consultancy advice to a wide range of farmers and landowners.

Ideally this role would be based from our Worcester office (alongside our Hybrid working policy) however we can consider our other offices locations across the West Midlands and the role will be 37.5 hours per week.

**Duties will include**:

- Advising, setting up and managing arable and livestock contract and share farm agreements
- Managing in-hand farming businesses
- Preparation of farm budgets and tenders
- Benchmarking and business analysis
- Grant work including environmental schemes
- Delivering regenerative farming advice
- Developing our carbon audit services
- Good financial acumen
- Excellent attention to detail, whilst working to tight deadlines
- Ability to work effectively and proactively within the team
- First-class organisational skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong client focus and excellent communication skills
- Previous agribusiness consultant experience or farm management background
