Senior sales consultant - based on site, but limited travel to local are (car required, travel can be expensed)

Property owner client within the private care sector is looking for a senior sales professional to join the team at the site in Worcester

**Working patterns**:

- Office based
- Typically Monday to Friday 9-530pm
- Occasional Saturdays to meet clients / lead events

**Salary**:

- Up to £40k basic, with OTE taking you over £55k.
- OTE made up of monthly commission and annual bonus.

**Key activities**:

- Managing the sales and marketing processes a new development, including:

- Qualifying leads and enquiries over the phone / web
- Booking in appointments
- Managing the crm system, setting up mail-shots
- Meeting prospects in person at the site. Conducting face to face fact finds, give them show rounds, negotiate contracts /rates, and secure them as new customers.
- Setting up and delivering promotional events to raise profile
- Business development/relationship management
- Meeting and networking into local businesses, key healthcare contacts, key financial, legal and property contacts
- Typical week - 3-4 days at the site meeting new prospects, 1-2 days out and about meeting networking contacts
