For over 36 years, we have supported families facing homelessness, relationship breakdowns and other challenges, helping them build safe and stable futures. **Your Role & Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update administrative records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of administrative documents, including letters, reports, forms and policies.
- Support internal processes, including filing, scanning and shredding.
- Respond to general administrative queries in a professional and helpful manner.
- Assist with organising meetings, booking rooms, preparing agendas and taking minutes when required.
- Help manage office supplies, ensuring stock is monitored and replenished as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to other departments as directed by the Business Administration Team.
- Participate in relevant training provided by The Roberts Centre, including safeguarding, data protection, and health and safety.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and attend training as needed.
- Personable, friendly, enthusiastic and approachable.
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting children’s wellbeing.
- Respectful of confidential and sensitive information.
