Traffic Management Administrator

**Job description**
RTM Limited are looking for an organised and proactive administrator to support the managing director and back-office function. To be based from our head office in Rochester, Kent. We are looking for someone who is committed, willing to learn and eager to progress.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring confidentiality and security.
- Maintain accurate records of job paperwork, on-site photos and risk assessments sent through by the TMO's.
- Quote for upcoming works.
- Invoicing completed jobs.
- Producing and issuing letter drops.
- General admin duties.
Desired Skills:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Applicants must be computer literate particularly in basic excel and outlook, punctual and have good team and customer service skills with a 'can do' attitude.
Training provided for the specific Traffic Management Administration part of the role. Please note you will need to have your own transport to get to the office as there are no public transport links.
Road Traffic Management (RTM) are based in Rochester, Kent. We are a family run business with a background in Traffic Management and Utilities. We currently cover Kent, Essex, London, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex, Cambridge, Suffolk and Norfolk.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
