An unqualified staff member will receive a salary of between £23,500 and £30,000 per annum (average salary for a an unqualified staff member is currently circa £25,700) inclusive of allowances and bonus. Once you have completed your qualifications you will receive a pay rise and have the opportunity to become a senior care worker which attracts a salary of circa £27.5k inclusive of allowances & bonus which is easily achievable within 2 years

Senior qualified staff members have a great career path into management if desired including a full development plan that includes all the training and support for a fulfilling career

We work with children aged between 8 and 17 with predominantly EBD for long term settled therapeutic placements. We are very selective about which young people we care for ensuring that we get the right balance within our home can achieve your career goals whilst enjoying your job

We are recruiting for an unqualified or qualified residential children's workers for our homes in South Cheshire near to Crewe. Your role will be to provide day to day support to vulnerable young people in our care. You will be ensuring the young people have good safe routines, take them on fun activities and to school and visits

We provide comprehensive training for all new staff and as an unqualified staff member you will be required to complete an appropriate level 3 diploma within your first two years of employment or if you are already qualified and wish to move to the next stage then we provide the necessary training and qualifications to become the next managers

**Experience**:

- Residential Childcare: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
