Sales Support/ Administrator
In this role you will be responsible for assisting consultants with admin tasks and will
focus on maximising sales potential within the team. You will be required to manage
and coordinate administration within the contract team.
Main Duties:
Relieve the consultants of admin tasks
Maximise sales potential within the team.
dealing with enquiries.
Working as an effective team member and assisting the rest of the team where
Ensure colleagues are kept informed of any problems or opportunities relating
Occasional client interaction
Advertising roles / writing job spec
Key Skills:
Proven background in administration
Recruitment experience advantage
Process driven
Team Player
Excellent coordination and communication
High level of organisation
Strong IT skills (Microsoft package)
Experience desirable:
Business administration
Database administration
Compliance from any industry
Payroll
Data Analysis / Data Analytics
Business Analysis
Previous Office Experience
Project coordinating
**Salary of £20,000 - £30,000 (gross) per annum**
**£28 - 30.000 will be the salary for someone with Recruitment Admin experience**
**(dependent on experience).**
24 days annual leave excluding the 8 bank holidays.
An additional day of annual leave may be taken on the date of your birthday at
the discretion of the Company.
Core working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday (inclusive) and
8:30am to 5:00pm on Fridays.
