**What will you be doing?**
As a **Sales Coordinator**, you will process and maintain customer’s orders in a timely and accurate manner throughout the orders’ lifecycle. In addition, you will be developing long-term **relationships with clients**, liaise with Daikin customers and internal terms ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service. Your working day will involve:
- Processing and maintaining orders in SAP to meet customers’ delivery deadlines
- Updating customers throughout the order lifecycle ensuring high quality responses to all enquires including dispute resolution
- Following up with warehouse and transport company to resolve any logistic issues
- Ensuring accurate completion of order form and liaising with factory, customer, and logistics provider directly to guarantee order delivery
