**About the Role**

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support the fulfilment and assembly of healthcare kits in a fast-paced production environment. This hands-on role involves sub-kitting, hand fulfilment of daily and weekly healthcare packs (including PPD), and maintaining a clean and organised workspace. You’ll play a key part in ensuring that all kits meet our high quality standards and client specifications.

**Responsibilities**
- Hand fulfilment and sub-kitting of healthcare kits, including daily and weekly PPD jobs
- Ensure products are packed to exact job specifications, including correct mail sort labels where applicable
- Conduct quality control checks in line with job specs; report any defects to the Hand Operations Supervisor
- Accurately complete all relevant quality control paperwork for each production area and job
- Verify that all stock items match corresponding quality paperwork and work instructions
- Assist with machinery operations as required
- Maintain clean and safe work areas, including performing clear downs after job completion
- Ensure all equipment is clean, well-maintained, and report any issues immediately to the Supervisor
- Use correct PPE at all times
- Complete daily timesheets accurately

**Pay range and compensation package**
- 26 Days Annual Leave

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hereford HR2 6NX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
