Gold Medal Travel is an award winning tour-operator with over 40 years’ experience in tailor-making holidays to worldwide destinations. The Gold Medal family includes Pure Luxury, Cruise Plus and Incredible Journeys. We are part of dnata Travel Group, part of the Emirates Group.

We are now recruiting for Pure Luxury Ambassadors to create bespoke luxury travel arrangements using your extensive destination and travel knowledge, passion for outstanding customer service and excellent selling skills. Our Pure Luxury Ambassadors provide a personal service, providing end-to-end management of every booking including reservations, invoicing, after-sales service, document collation, despatch and post travel follow-up.

To be considered for this role you need to have excellent knowledge of luxury products and destinations and be able to use this knowledge to recommend additional products and upgrades to enhance a customer’s travel experience. You need to be able to deliver outstanding customer service on every call for both Pure Luxury and Gold Medal Premium sales

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday-Saturday

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a travel sales & service role
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Attention to details
- IT literate with knowledge of travel systems

This role is based at our fantastic state-of-the art office in Leyland, just 10 minutes from junctions 28 & 29 of the M6. Our on-site facilities include free car parking, on-site restaurant and break out area with a pool table and free wifi, shopping & social events
