**Client Details**
The client is a well established insurance firm.
**Description**
- Managing a portfolio of claims
- Preparing files and making recommendations on a case-by-case basis
- Achieving an agreed level of service
- Dealing with verbal/written complaints in accordance with the correct procedure
- Supporting elsewhere when necessary within your capabilities
**Profile**
- Able to plan workload and work to deadlines
- Able to follow the complaints procedure and escalate when necessary
- Effective verbal/written communicator
- Excellent telephone manner/customer service skills
- Preferably a couple of years household claims experience, HNW claims experience would also be beneficial
