Sales Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective Sales Representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product/service.
- Answer any question about the service or company.
- Enter and update customer information.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota.
- Keep record of calls and sales and note useful information.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in a sales/customer service role.
- Ability to learn about products/services and explain them to prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can handle reject and have the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Experience preferred but not essential.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £9.00 per hour
