AJ Chambers is currently working with a leading law firm based in St Albans who due to growth are looking to add another employment lawyer to their highly respected team.
Ranked as tier 1 in the Legal 500, the employment team provides a wide range of advice to their clients that are typically employers or senior-level employees. The team specialises in providing advice to multinational companies, SME’s and owner-managed businessesfrom retail, leisure and recruitment sectors among others.
The team are looking to recruit an experience employment solicitor with 5 or more years post-qualification experience.
You will take responsibility for your own caseload, whilst also working closely with the Partners.
Typical matters they advised on include;
- Day-to-day HR support
- Tribunal claims
- Transactional support
- TUPE transfers
About you
You will be an England and Wales qualified solicitor, with 5+ years post qualification experience, gained within a respected employment team.
You will need to have experience advising employers as this makes up the bulk of the team’s current client base. Similarly broad employment experience across contentious, non-contentious and corporate support matter is essential.
