As a Marketing Associate, you will be the frontline representative of our clients, engaging directly with potential customers at events, retail locations, and other high-traffic venues. This role focuses on creating engaging and effective marketing campaigns that connect with people and build brand loyalty. You’ll work in a dynamic team environment, where every day presents new challenges and learning opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute face-to-face marketing campaigns, representing clients in the utility sector at various locations around Glasgow.
- Interact directly with customers to explain the benefits of our clients’ products and services, providing tailored recommendations and solutions.
- Set up and maintain visually appealing and informative marketing displays at events to attract and engage potential customers.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members and senior marketing staff to refine messaging and strategies to increase campaign success rates.
- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
- Support the sales team by generating leads and following up with customers to ensure successful conversions.
- Participate in regular training sessions to continually improve product knowledge, marketing skills, and sales techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
- Must be available for full-time.
- Must not have applied to any Imperial Consulting roles within the past 30 days.
- This role focuses on in-person marketing campaigns—no digital marketing tasks are involved.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse audiences.
- An eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team setting.
