**Salary**: £22,000 - £27,000, DOE
**Contract**: Full Time, Permanent

**About the role**

As part of our continued growth, we are now seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to play a key part in promoting and growing the KubeNet brand.

Our Digital Marketing Associate will be the online voice of KubeNet, and key to driving the business forward. They must have a positive attitude, a strong grasp of tone of voice and the confidence to bring new and exciting ideas to the table that will engageour audience.

**Digital Marketing Associate - Responsibilities**:
Social Media Management
- Act as day-to-day content creator and manager for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram)
- Interact with existing followers and engage new followers
- Set the social media calendar monthly
- Research and post industry blog posts/articles relevant to KubeNet’s core content pillars
- Develop and deploy the social media strategy, using data driven insights
- Be proactive in monitoring social media trends and developing technology, and confidently share ideas for strategy development
- Identify opportunities to grow our audience through analytical thinking
- Create monthly measurement analytics reports to demonstrate social media value and set and meet established KPIs
- Track and plan campaigns for industry relevant events

Marketing
- Occasionally writing press releases and sharing with key publications
- Liaise with sponsorships’ points of contact on all KubeNet related content, marketing and events
- Occasionally represent KubeNet at sponsor events
- Working closely with channel partners on collaborative campaigns, managing marketing material for their use
- Keeping abreast of our competitors and key trends in products/technology
- Regular research and use of marketing resources available on strategic partner portals

Website
- Manage and update the company's website content as needed
- Draft and publish blog posts on the website
- Conduct keyword research
- Deploy insightful monthly website analytics reports with established KPIs
- Technical SEO as required

Work with Directors
- Assist Directors in creating content for industry updates, changes or opportunities

**Digital Marketing Associate - What we need from you**:
Essential
- Previous experience in a social media or digital marketing role
- Be creative and confident in presenting new marketing ideas for all channels
- Excellent copywriting skills across a range of channels
- Strong understanding of maintaining and developing brand tone-of-voice
- Confidently engage with our audience to generate leads and build brand trust
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience working across a variety of social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Confident in using social media analytics, Google Analytics, Google Search console and keywords tools
- Confident in defining and measuring key metrics and KPIs
- Have design experience in either Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar
- Have experience in managing a Wordpress website
- Understanding of SEO
- Confident in working with all key stakeholders to deliver the marketing strategy
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and manage a variety of projects simultaneously under deadline

Preferred
- Experience in Adobe Suite, Mailchimp and B2B social media

- Quarterly Bonus based on personal & team KPIs
- 22 days holiday per annum plus 9 statuary days following Scottish Bank Holiday calendar.
- Standard working week Monday to Friday and we operate flexible shifts between 8am and 6pm.
- KubeNet operate a blended working policy with a minimum 3 days in the office, however, you can choose to be fully office based.
- Following successful probationary period of 6 months, access to private healthcare, death in service and a pension company contribution of 5%
- Free KubeNet Broadband or a £25.00 per month contribution.
- Financial Contribution to your agreed training path with 2 days exam leave.
- Training provided on the systems we use and any future requirements.
