TAIT's diverse group of clients include Taylor Swift, Cirque Du Soleil, The Metropolitan Opera House, NASA, National Geographic, Beyoncé and The Olympics. **Position Purpose** The integration resource coordinator facilitates highly effective use of integration shop spaces, management of lorry loading/unloading, and general support for integrators working on projects when required. The focus of this role is to facilitate the movement/flow of equipment/projects through the integration spaces in Wakefield and maintain a safe/clean working environment for the team. **Key Responsibilities & Expectations** - Practices "extreme ownership" of integration hall spaces/ Face of the Space: - Creating a weekly map of the space to be published on Friday's - Monitoring slack and communicating about day to day needs - Working with management to make long term decisions about the space **Day to Day Expectations**: - Loading door management: - Point of contact for lorry drivers - Leads the unloading and loading of all non-project trucks - Manages all inter-departmental communication about lorry deliveries - Monitoring and addressing how assets/people flow through the space - Maintaining a clean workspace, this includes: - Emptying bins - Doing a once over of bays when projects leave - Returning gear to stock - Monitoring the use of shop assets and returning to departments - Maintaining fire lanes - Point of contact for batching and goods-in for all parts moving through integration - Attending daily huddles to facilitate project communication - Regular check-in's with integration and batching team on needs - Clear communication with integration team for project priority - Coordinates setting up chain hoists and other shop spaces infrastructure when applicable - Assists integrators as needed with projects in the shop when required/able - Prioritization of batching assistance **Position Requirements** - Heavy lifting is required for this position - FLT and IPAF preferred but not necessary as training can be provided - Ability to Drive Company Vehicles - # Years of Experience: 2+ Years in Entertainment, Warehouse, or Construction preferred
