Accounts Administrator Assistant

Victor Finance specialises in the commercial finance industry, and due to the next planned phase of growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Accounts Administrator to join our team. This position is well-suited to a highly motivated and positive person who is looking to work in a busy team to achieve the collective and personal goals.

This role is based in the Own Book lending department where you will work with the accounts team for processing and managing new and existing deals.

**Purpose of position**

We are looking for a Accounts Administrator Assistant to join our Company where you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and work with our Accounts team and the Directors.

**Hours of Work**

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

**Responsibilities**
- Taking incoming calls and answering any queries from current customers
- Inputting daily payments from live deals
- Processing new agreements
- Processing completed agreements
- Completing new documents
- Greeting Customers & preparing drinks
- Ordering and monitoring supplies
- Archiving
- Filing
- Liaising with Sales Team for customer needs

**Salary**: £18,500.00-£22,000.00 per year
