As the Strategic Programs Associate in the Office of the Executive Board for Customer Success at SAP, you will be joining a passionate diverse team to deliver the best-in-class service in every engagement. We are looking for a creative individual to support the strategic programs by providing business-critical insights using visualization and helping teams drive strategic initiatives. In this role, you will create highly impactful creative executive contents to support the SAP Customer Success Board Office. You will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the strategic initiatives and programs including the development of associated research, analysis, and business case.
- Able to create high-impact creative executive contents, presentation, and visual communications.
- Synthesize data and ideas to drive effective decision making and outcomes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver the assigned task and projects.
- Other ad-hoc project support as assigned.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Agility to learn and work across different time zones.
- Project management experience and organizational skills that reflect ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-player, problem solver, detailed oriented with the ability to also be effective independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point); digital savvy.
- Ability to design creative presentation and visual communications.
