**Twinkle Totz Day Nursery Ltd **Established in 2005, are backed by a vast amount of experience and associations with OFSTED, NDNA, the Early Years Alliance, Ealing Council, and Hillingdon London.

This nursery is a family-run nursery chain with locations throughout West London and Berkshire. Their friendly and professional team strive to help families in the local community, by providing a safe, fun and nurturing environment for their children.

**The main responsibilities of this job role will include**:

- Working towards Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship.
- Supporting the development of the childcare provision.
- Providing an excellent range of activities that ensures that the child learns whilst having fun.
- Assisting the facility in meeting OFSTED requirements, which will also benefit in the Childcare Apprenticeship.
- Being a team player.
- Providing challenging and stimulating activities for all children appropriately to meet the Apprenticeship requirements.
- Taking part in First Aid training as required.
- Undertaking training as appropriate to meet any changes in the Apprenticeship Standards or appropriate legal requirements as required within the childcare setting.
- Ensuring that all Health, Safety and Hygiene requirements are always adhered to during the Childcare Apprenticeship.
- Responsibility for equal opportunity in delivery, access and attitude in aspects of service delivery and management
- Working with teams across the nursery setting
- Supporting children’s learning and development, including supporting planning and observations towards your Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship.
- Preparing and maintaining the environment and resources for the children.
- Preparation of food for breakfast, snack and afternoon tea.
- Supporting children’s self-help needs.
- Being creative and enthusiastic.
- Following Safeguarding rules and regulations to also meet the Standard of the Childcare Apprenticeship.
