What does the role involve?

This is a 12 Month, Fixed Term Contract.

In this role, your main purpose will be ensuring all operational billing is accurate, on time, and produced in accordance with the correct authorisation processes. As a wider team, you'll be cross-trained and will work together to share your knowledge of the customer and business operations.

Attendance of the Trowbridge office will be required for the first week to ensure for robust training to allow you to get to grips with the ethos of Novuna and how we work. Following initial training, the role will then adopt a hybrid approach with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

**Some of your key duties will include**:

- Ensuring the correct billing processes are followed for each customer
- Validate any discrepancies are handled at First Point of Contact wherever possible
- Utilising your skills with supplier engagement and management

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be task focussed with a keen eye for detail
- IT literate, with a strong experience of Excel-based task
