What does the role involve?
As a member of the Novuna Vehicle Solutions Operations Billings team, you will participate and contribute to managing all operational billing in a timely manner and ensure fair customer outcomes.
**Some of your key duties will include**:
- Responsibility for the management of billings related calls and queries, leading to resolution within SLA and to quality assurance levels
- Ensuring customer complaints, queries and calls are, where possible, managed at first point of contact (FPOC) and monitor team performance, ensuring adherence to regulatory and corporate governance requirements
- Overseeing and monitoring of the billings team performance, taking action to ensure service delivery within agreed tolerances and SLA.
- Delivery of tailored coaching and leadership to ensure continuous team development
- Ensure data integrity, controls and audit trail of the operational billing activity
What are we looking for?

- An operational thinker
- Knowledge and understanding of working directly with multiple stakeholders including supply chain
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience of workflow management
- Ability to work in a high volume and time-pressured environment
