Job Title**:Sales Representative**

**Growth Nation** are looking for a highly motivated Salesperson to join our team. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving growth for our company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and cold outreach
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth
- Hold discovery calls and sales conversations with prospects
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets and meet company objectives
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the products or services being sold, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate sales contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of new projects and initiatives
- Monitor and analyse sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- A results-driven attitude and the ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google products and CRM software
Compensation:
The starting base salary for this position is £12,000 per annum, with the expectation of earning up to £30,000 per annum in commissions additionally to the base rate, based on meeting sales targets (for a total of £30,000 p/a). Commission is **UNCAPPED** so there is huge opportunity for earning if you have the right work ethic.
