**Role Summary**

The role is expected to lead the global culture transition in Equiniti to fully embrace being a product organisation, including product P&L accountability, the role of product owners and managers and ways of working, metrics management and agile methodology. The role is expected to mentor and coach across Product & Engineering and wider key business stakeholders on expectations, approach, techniques and agile methodologies, ceremonies, planning and retros; analyse the current waterfall processes, policies and recommend modifications to support Agile ways of working

**Core Duties/Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Product & Engineering Leadership, their wider teams and key business stakeholders to analyse the current systems, processes and ways of working to design a strategy for adopting product led, metric driven agile culture and best practices
- Review the current working methodology, and guide the teams on product methodologies to stay on track with agile techniques; fine tune their approach to ensure continuous improvement
- Mentor and coach, the scrum masters, product owners and other delivery teams to enable the transition to Agile
- Formulate governing policies in view of the organization's principles to support being a product led organisation and agile-based approaches
- Undertake regular follow-ups with peers, colleagues, team members and stakeholders to ensure product methodoligies are applied and principles are upheld as well as ensuring projects are on track and goals are being met
- Communicate the product approach, agile principles, scrum practices, and overall operating model across the organization
- Define relevant metrics, champion the use of the metrics and tracks the metrics organisation wide to identify gaps and areas of improvement
- Design and conduct workshops for Product & Engineering Leadership, their wider teams and key stakeholders periodically to reaffirm and refresh the product approach and agile culture
- Enable a culture of continuous improvement and learning, by coaching team members and role-modelling self-development
