Our Linkwood View, Elgin development provides enhanced support to vulnerable adults who live in their own homes with varying needs. This includes physical disability, learning disabilities and older adults who are supported to live as independently as they are able through individual housing support plans.

We are looking for permanent Home Support Workers with various contracts available. These range from 16 to 35-hours per week and include weekends and public holidays, operating on a rota basis. Hours required will be discussed further at the interview stage.

**About You**
- Awareness of person-centred care.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Good team working.
- Hours are flexible covering early and late shifts 365-days per year.
- Some travel may be required for training and to provide essential cover.
