Support Worker

We are working with a company based in Bournemouth who provides support for people with learning difficulties. They focus on improving behaviour by understanding it rather than focusing on the challenges of it. They empower by being proactive in supporting each person as an individual and are now looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join their growing team.
As a Support Worker you will be responsible for providing emotional and practical support to clients by managing their behaviour, maintaining boundaries and supporting their development and individuality. Your aim will be to inspire and motivate residents to engage, improve social skills, and overall building upon their confidence and life skills.
The client is looking for committed Support Workers who have previous experience in a similar setting and will be willing to go the extra mile to ensure that they live in a secure and safe environment.
All applicants must have previous experience of working within a challenging setting, positive outlook and good sense of humour.
This role offers flexibility of hours can be day shifts, sleep ins or waking nights.

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
