Client Servicing Administrator

Time Appointments are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a Financial Services company based in Bury St Edmunds who are looking for a personable, dedicated, and motivated individual to join their bubbly team as a Client Servicing Administrator.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Liaising with insurers/providers and third parties, providing information and updating systems.
- Updating various aspects of the in-house system ensuring client records are kept up to date.
- Maintaining a clear audit trail within the back-office system and keeping colleagues updated with progress reports.
- Creating client records and inputting fact find information.
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Dedicated, hardworking, personable, and want to build a long term career
- Have a passion for the financial services industry
- Previous experience within an administration role
- Be able to work well in a team as well as be able to work under own initiative
- Have strong communication skills both written and verbal
