An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations and Maintenance team at our Grimsby Hub operating Sofia and Triton Knoll Offshore Wind Farm project based in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, UK.

You will be part of the Logistics Team that supports the operations of all current and future Service Operations Vessels in support of up to four wind farms, associated High Voltage infrastructure and balance of plant assets. You will be responsible for carrying out processes to ensure that onshore and offshore logistics are effectively monitored to meet operational demands, in a timely and cost efficient manner. You will contribute to operating the wind farms with a high focus on health and safety whilst optimising production through continual improvement.

**About the role**
- RTITB Accredited FLT Counterbalance License refreshed within the last 3 years
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise and carryout resource management.
- Experience of working in a warehouse / stores environment
- Capability to work within a team.
- Effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills to enable effective working relationships and communication with RWER staff, contractors and suppliers.
- Understanding of offshore operational practices a favourable attribute
- A good working knowledge of PC based computer systems especially Microsoft Office and resource management systems such as SAP.A positive attitude to HSE and a good understanding of HSE legislation, in particular in regards to Hazardous materials and the statutory Inspections of tools and equipment.

**Job Requirements**
- Managing the loading and unloading of vessels.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure the effective ordering, receipt, issue and return of spares, tools, equipment and consumables, to meet operational needs.
- Liaise with the Production and Engineering Teams to ensure that consumables, spares and equipment are identified, prioritised, ordered and received, in time for maintenance activities, and that minimum stock is maintained for breakdown repairs.
- Working with an inspection regime for tools and equipment, to ensure statutory compliance and a high standard of maintenance readiness is maintained.
- Ensuring warehouse compliance with associated regulations and standards, e.g., PUWER, COSHH, Racking & Storage.
- Liaising with the Maintenance Coordinator to ensure that spares, consumables and equipment is prepared and issued promptly for servicing and repairs.
- Liaise with various departments within RWE and the Grimsby Hub - High/daily including, but not limited to HR, EHS, Controlling Operations and Engineering.
