This Administrator opportunity offers career progression, a company performance related bonus scheme and free on-site parking.You will be joining a Brackley based company that established itself in the UK in 2010 and has since grown to a company thatoperates in over 300 locations, has six core brands, over 2000 staff and has gained a strong reputation for the development and growth of both their brands and team.
As the Administrator you will be:
- Creating, organising, and maintaining job records.
- Preparing and sending contract renewals and quotes.
- Processing purchase orders, customer orders and scheduling invoices.
- Liaising with the Accounts, Tender and Sales Teams.
We are really keen to hear from people about this Administrator opportunity who have the following skills and experience:
- Are customer focused and possess a professional and friendly telephone manner with strong customer service skills.
- Take a positive approach and flexible attitude to their work and are open to change.
- Good attention to detail, are motivated, proactive and organised.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office packages.
In return, the Administrator will receive:
- A salary of up to £23,000 pa.
- 23 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays.
- Pension Scheme.
