On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a number of **Client Services Onboarding Analyst/Associates**for a **6 month** contract based in London 50% and remote 50%.**.**

**Purpose of the Role**:
**As a Client Services Onboarding Analysts you will be responsible for**:

- Management of onboarding pipeline.
- Onboard clients at CCP and 3rd party vendors.
- Assist client service team on post go-live trade issues.
- Ensure agreed service level is provided to all clients at all times.
- First level and center point of escalation for external implementation queries,
- Support and implement 10 principles of client uplift.
- Provide support to sales, marketing and RM teams by attending client visits. Provide example reports and advise on operational capacities and development requirements.
- Process regular procedure reviews and update where necessary.
- Suggest and drive initiatives to support management in improving onboarding and clist service capabilities.
- Assist and support client service manager in ad hoc and DEC projects.
- Liaise directly with internal and external stakeholders where necessary, i.e operations, US/Asia teams, sales, risk, compliance, Central Counter Party's (CCP), exchanges.
- Build and strengthen cross-locational team relationship by actively collaborating with team members and participating in weekly team meetings.
- Develop and implement effective and efficient controls policies and processes that are consistent with best practices.
- Ensure all activities undertaken comply with relevant regulations, legal demands and ethical standards.
- Support sales and execution desks during on-boarding phases for post execution topics and processes
- Analyse pre/post-allcation need for new/existing clients (file allocation, direct fix post-allocation, Traiana, sFTP, NOE,NOA, drop copy), in conjuncture with FIX onboarding and Business Analyst team.
- Design new post-allocation workflows, monitor first trades and manage post go live queries

- **Desirable**:

- Previous experience in an implementation/on-boarding role
- Operational experience in OTC/ETD clearing functions
- Knowledge of OTC and ETD flows, markets and products
- **This client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.**_
