Onboarding and Customer Due Diligence AnalystReputable exchange platform based in Central LondonAbout Our ClientThis is a permanent position within a well-established and reputable exchange organisation in the financial services sector based in Central London.Job DescriptionCustomer Due Diligence: Support onboarding by performing initial and ongoing due diligence, maintaining checklists, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.Screening & Escalation: Conduct screening of clients and escalate concerns to senior analysts or Compliance Advisory as needed.Audit & Reporting: Maintain clear audit trails, escalate issues with recommendations, and assist in creating management information (MI).Policy & Programme Support: Contribute to policy reviews and support annual due diligence and periodic risk review programmes.Operational Oversight: Ensure timely closure of screening tasks, support onboarding solutions for group initiatives, and help administer incentive programmes.The Successful ApplicantA successful Onboarding and CDD Analyst should have:Qualifications & Certifications: Degree qualification with formal AML/Financial Crime certifications highly desirable.Experience & Knowledge: Proven experience in UK financial services, onboarding/CDD, and working knowledge of UK AML requirements; exposure to trading environments is a plus.Technical Skills: Familiarity with screening tools, KYC systems, and understanding of risk factors like sanctions and PEPs.Core Competencies: Excellent communication, attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000 per annum.Performance-based bonus structureComprehensive training and development programmes.Supportive and professional work environment within the Risk & Compliance department.This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Onboarding and CDD Analyst to advance their career in London.
