**We** are looking for an IT Support Associate **to join our rapidly expanding team in Edinburgh**

Enoda is expanding our IT Team to provide ever better support to our colleagues particularly in making use of or Microsoft 365 tools, such as SharePoint, Teams, Engage and Power Automate.

We are seeking an individual who enjoys collaborating with colleagues to solve problems and assist them to work more effectively.

**As an IT Support Associate at Enoda, you'll spend your time**
- Assisting the Enoda team with day-to-day IT support
- Logging, tracking and resolving IT support requests
- Working with colleagues to make use of the Office 365 suite and SharePoint
- Monitoring of system health and security
- Administering Identity and Access Management
- Troubleshooting technical issues in the IT infrastructure

**The key experience we're looking for**
- Experience working in a 1st/2nd line support role
- Knowledge of Windows and OSX operating systems
- Knowledge of Azure AD (Active Directory) and Office 365 configuration

**Additional skills & experience relevant to the role**
- Good awareness of IT security practices
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving mindset
