Are you an experienced trainer with a passion for equality, diversity, inclusion, and leadership?

Then there has never been a better time to join Berkshire Healthcare Foundation. We are looking to appoint an experienced leadership trainer who will lead on the development of a coaching culture and support with the planning and delivery of programmes.

You will be working closely with the Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and working as part of a wider Learning and Development service to define and implement a leadership programme and strategy.
